Municipal advantages are also valid for these locations in order to stimulate investments whereupon according to the number of new jobs created the compensation for constructional land is reduced from 25% to 100%

- 51-100 employees - 75%,
- over 100 jobs - 100%.
The investor is obligated to keep the number of new jobs for at least 5 years.
